Daryl founded many beautiful houses to us but we want to be close to our family. It didn’t took longer for Daryl to find this beautiful house for us. We just fell in love with this house. He did make an effort to drive for almost an hour accommodating our time and spending his time to show us the house with no hesitation. He is a very polite responsible nice person and very persistent negotiator. He was always assuring me that he would find what I’m looking for. At the time of negotiations he really make sure to accommodate our financial availability. We got very comfortable dealing with him and his group until the end. We have worked with so many realtors, here in Vegas and Daryl is in a league of his own! He knows EVERYTHING you need to know when buying a house, the market, upgrades, builder info, full of all the knowledge. What is even better is that he isn’t pushy at all.
